Infant and Early Childhood, Postpartum, and Family Therapists wanted!

Come join our dynamic and fun team of therapists at ECWP! We are looking for fully licensed therapists and licensure candidates who want to come PLAY with us! We believe that the small steps we take today in the lives of young children can significantly improve the ultimate trajectory of their lives. And yes, we believe that early childhood is where it's at. If we can intervene NOW, then it will make the most difference TOMORROW.

We are looking for early childhood therapists to work with kids up to about age 12. Need for our services has grown exponentially in recent years--we are in demand. We are looking for play therapists, art therapists, music therapists, dance/movement therapists, EMDR therapists, and any combination!

Now seeking therapists to work with new parents & couples with young children to support them in becoming the best parents they can be--because they need our support too! Infant & Postpartum Mental Health Specialist will be a new expanded role at ECWP--we want to expand our offerings, so the position will likely offer the opportunity to work with postpartum moms, infants, and our early childhood population as well!

Early Childhood Specialists are the core of who we are here at ECWP. We focus on working with children 0-12 because that is where the greatest need is--and because there just aren't as many therapists with this skill set. At ECWP we are committed to training even more therapists to do this work.

Family Therapists specializing in supporting new parents, couples with young children, and their families is also a new service beginning at ECWP--because we believe that one of the most important things we can do to support infants and young children is to build up and support their caregivers! This new service also allows our therapists the flexibility to see both young kids and their families.

Licensed Therapists take a leadership role at ECWP. They are hired as W2 employees, paid a percentage of the fees collected. Full-Time therapists see 22-30 children per week (ages 0-12) in individual and family out-patient therapy. Front office support is provided to all therapists including providing new referrals, submitting insurance claims, credentialing with insurance carriers, checking clients in and out when available.

Candidates for Licensure have completed their Master's degree and are working toward LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure. Candidates receive hours toward licensure and SUPERVISION!

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
