Floor perks: ADA accessible bathroom, recently remodeled, 3 kitchen areas (fridges, microwaves, sinks, even a dishwasher!), 2 free reservable conference rooms (I hold workshops with up to 8 participants), waiting areas for clients, optional trash removal. (5th floor)

Building perks: elevators, AC, great landlord, payment and repairs online portal, lobby, gym, locking mailbox, keycode entry late evening and on Sundays.

Location perks: option for paid uncovered or covered parking, one block off the intersection of I-25 and Colorado Blvd, close lunch and coffee options, free street parking, free visitor parking and always parking available.
